Welcome to 2022!

Say GOODBYE to 2021 and HELLO to 2022!

With changing classes and getting to know new students and families, I want to remind everyone that learning virtual is different and as a teacher, I understand that change can be difficult.

With the new year, communication is going to be key to understanding and helping each other. Please make sure that you communicate with all your teachers as it is so very important.

Mrs. Wilson?

My name is Mrs. Julia Wilson and I am your student's 8th grade math teacher! I am thrilled to teach students in this unusual setting as our world has turned from books to technology. In that instance, please understand that I am here to HELP and GUIDE your student to be as successful as they would be in the school building.

On this site, you will find updates, assignments, due dates, homework, and more to aid in your students understanding of the math standards.

Students!

Students: Do not be discouraged that class is online! I know that you enjoyed using the laptops anyway and now you have the ability to do so all the time!

Please make sure that you are checking the following daily:

Grading Issues?

It is encouraged to check the online gradebook regularly at campus.mnps.org.

Should you have a question about a grade, I would respectfully ask that you adhere to the following protocol in the order listed:

Speak to your child first. They know the most about their assignments and why they received a certain grade.

Have your child speak to me for clarification if necessary.

If there are still concerns, please send me an e-mail and I will get back to you in a timely fashion. Although I do update grades regularly, some assignments take longer than others to grade.

I very much appreciate your patience!
